Subject: New D-2 100% P&T Disabled Veterans Form
Good morning, All. Hot off the press!
Attached please find the new form that is required to be submitted to you assessor by our 100% P+T Veterans for the tax exemption under CGS 12-81 (83). Remember, this form must be submitted ANNUALLY by January 1. The veteran must also submit the required documentation (the annual benefits letter from VA or the benefits summary letter available to download on VA.gov).
This form and the accompanying letter, has been sent to all of the municipal assessors.
