If your Post’s Tax Exemption has been revoked, here is a great solution that can help you get it back. Attached is an IRS Form 911. This request form will start the process for the Taxpayer Advocate Service to request assistance and act on the behalf of your Post. The Taxpayer Advocate is an independent program who serves as your voice to the IRS. For the Post that still have this problem lingering, the longer you wait to get the Tax Exemption re-instated the more it is going to cost in late fees and fines.
