Since we are now in a new administrative year, I am conducting an audit for Articles of Incorporation, Insurance, Trustee Audits and other documents that may be in the arrears from last year. Please keep checking the dashboard, I am in the process in building out the information so we can start this year off on the right foot. Pay attention to 2024-2025, there are a lot of documents that still need to be turned into HQ, for best results, please use the POS system. We added the 2025-2026 tab on the bottom of the dashboard. There are numerous Posts that have not turned in the proof of insurance. I won’t need the whole policy; I only need the insurance writer from the ACORD system with the department’s info located on the bottom left block. If you don’t have it, please contact your broker they can email it in a PDF format. Articles of Incorporation have been updated, if your Post is overdue and you have a Canteen, Hall and etc. this is a problem. Please visit Online Business Search to login and file your annual report. The 6/30 Trustee Reports are due, please get them to HQ as soon as possible, remember we implemented going forward it becomes overdue 30 days after the end of the quarter. Lastly, the Quartermaster Bonds are coming due and will expire 8/31/2025. Let’s get a jump on it now so we are not processing bonds after the deadline. Bella is on vacation and returns to work 7/24/25. She processes the bond paperwork, in the meantime, get the paperwork to HQ, I will provide a quote based on the total amount which you request to be bonded.
