Veterans Day Poppy Drive Simsbury VFW1926

On November 7th thru November 9th Simsbury VFW Post Felix Del Geco Jr will be holding their semi-annual Poppy Drive at Fitzgerald’s in Simsbury 9am to 5pm each day. Veterans will be manning a booth with flyers about the VFW, programs VFW helps with and How to join the VFW. Veterans will be on hand to answer any questions that the public or any veterans might have. We will also have flags and poppies to hand out and a donation jar. We also have a QR code for those that might forget to bring any cash for online donations. All proceeds will go to the Post Relief fund and get distributed to a multitude of groups we help support. Some are: UCONN Entrepeneur program, Vet in Need, and many others. Hope to see people stop by.
