In the wake of the VFW Connecticut Schools of Instruction on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2024, a number of posts have put in their community service events into the VFW All-American (Programs) Database.

Pulling a Community Service Rankings Post report, VFW 4908 from East Killingly continues to pull ahead with volunteer hours while VFW New Haven Post 12150 has spent the most.

Of note, VFW Madison Post 2096 offers a quick math lesson with 10 hours donated but $334.90 in “value of hours.”

Unfortunately, the Community Service Rankings Department report reveals Connecticut is third from the bottom for all departments.
