Good Afternoon,

On behalf of the Engineer Gala Planning Committee, I’d like to once again invite you to the 2025 Engineer Gala. We hope that you will consider attending this year’s event in July! If you already purchased a ticket, please disregard this email. If you intend to attend and haven’t purchased your ticket, we would like to ask you to consider purchasing now rather than later so that we can cover the costs month-to-month of the event’s payment plan.

You may now sponsor soldiers to attend for free by purchasing their tickets on the website, or make donations towards the event directly if you wish to support that way.

Here’s the event information you need to know now:

– Date: The Gala will be July 19th, 2025, with reception at 1700 and the ceremony at 1800.

– Location: The location is the same as last time, at the Mystic Marriott.

– Tickets: This year all tickets are $85, and are available now on the Gala website.

We are planning to send out a couple more reminders closer to the event; if you don’t want to receive these, just respond to this email and I’ll take you off of the list.
