DESCRIPTION:Comrades\, \nThe Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) District 1 invites you to join us for a fun-filled summer picnic at VFW Post 399 in Westport. \nBecause this is the District’s primary fundraiser\, we’re asking again that each post purchase a minimum of 3 tickets to this event.  It is not only important for posts to celebrate each other together\, but to insure that we at least cover our investment. \nThe event will take place on Saturday\, August 10th from 10 AM to 5 PM at 465 Riverside Ave\, Westport\, CT. Enjoy a variety of delicious foods\, including bacon\, egg\, and cheese sandwiches for breakfast\, pulled pork\, brisket\, burgers\, hot dogs\, and an array of sides throughout the day. Meal tickets are available for $30\, which includes wine and beer.
