Massing of the Colors 2025

The Hall of Flags ceremony, hosted this year by the Department of Connecticut Veterans of Foreign Wars, is at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025 at the Connecticut State Capitol (210 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT).
Be early as we previously had to go through capitol security (metal detectors).
Senior state officers will be wearing blues and grays with uniform cover. Be advised, the air conditioning at the capitol has been inadequate in the past.
