The resurrected Hall of Flags ceremony, hosted this year by the Department of Connecticut American Legion, is at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the Connecticut State Capitol (210 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT). This will be the first ceremony since the pandemic. Be early as we previously had to go through capitol security (metal detectors).
Senior state officers will be wearing blues and grays with uniform cover. Be advised, the air conditioning at the capitol has been inadequate in the past.
